FREE PREVIEW · NO OBLIGATION

See it before
you commit.

Tell us about one workflow that slows your team down. We agree a small preview scope, then build something you can review before deciding on a paid project.

01 / Share the problem

Describe who uses the workflow, your current tools and the result you want. We confirm whether a focused preview is a good fit.

02 / Review your free preview

One workflow, up to two screens, sample data and one revision. No payment and no purchase obligation to review it.

03 / Choose the next step

Like the direction? We agree a fixed price, milestones and acceptance criteria before production development starts.

Preview scope and timing are confirmed together, subject to capacity. A preview uses sample data; live integrations, production deployment and ongoing support are scoped separately. The enquiry tracker is an illustrative demo, not a client project.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Start where you are.

Discovery

For a problem that needs definition.

Workflow map, technical options, release scope and estimate.

Focused build

For one useful result worth validating.

One priority workflow, working software, testing and handover.

Product partnership

For a product with an ongoing roadmap.

Prioritized improvements, regular releases and scoped maintenance.

The limited preview is free. Production scope, cost, schedule and third-party expenses are agreed before paid work begins.

BEFORE WE START

A few practical
questions.

What is included in the free preview?

One agreed workflow, up to two screens, sample data and one revision. There is no payment or obligation to buy. We confirm fit, scope and timing before starting; availability depends on capacity.

Is the preview a production-ready product?

The preview helps you assess the direction. Live integrations, production deployment and ongoing support are scoped separately. If you want to proceed, we agree a fixed price and milestones before production development.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. We begin by reviewing your tools, available access and data boundaries. We propose targeted improvements and integrations where they make sense.

How much will it cost?

We estimate after understanding the workflow, users, dependencies and acceptance criteria. The limited preview is free. Production scope and cost are agreed before paid development. Hosting, paid APIs and third-party subscriptions are discussed separately.

Can we begin with a small project?

Absolutely. A business website, one integration or a focused workflow pilot can be a useful first engagement.

Who will I work with?

You work directly with Manish Shaw, the founder and engineering lead. Additional specialists may join where the agreed scope calls for them.

What happens after launch?

Source ownership, documentation, handover and any maintenance arrangement are agreed during scoping. Ongoing support is scoped separately.
