Who handles your enquiry

ShawGrid is the working brand of Manish Shaw’s software studio. Contact officialmanishshaw@gmail.com or +91 63623 76189 with privacy questions.

Information you share

The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional company and phone, chosen service and project description. We store these details in the website’s hosted database so Manish can review and respond. When notification services are configured, enquiry details are also sent to Manish by email and a short alert by WhatsApp through our delivery providers. Enquiries remain saved if an alert fails.

How it is used

We use your information to discuss the project and prepare next steps. We do not sell enquiry information. Hosting providers process the information to operate the website. Avoid submitting confidential records, credentials or sensitive personal information.

Your choices

You can request a copy, correction or deletion by emailing Manish from the address used for your enquiry. Information is kept while the discussion or resulting work remains relevant; you may request deletion when the discussion ends.

Phone, email and WhatsApp

These links open your chosen communication service. WhatsApp and your email or phone provider handle messages under their own terms and privacy policies. Messages are sent only when you complete the action in that service.

Cookies and website storage

This site does not add advertising analytics or use browser storage to track you. Hosting infrastructure may process technical logs and use security cookies needed to operate the service.
